These Terms of Service apply when you use the 7 Bathrooms website, request a quotation, or submit an enquiry through a Meta Instant Form linked to our advertising.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a form is a request for information or a quotation. It does not create a binding contract and does not guarantee availability, price or acceptance of work. Any quotation may be subject to a site visit, measurements, product availability and separate written terms.

Information you provide

You must provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide. You must not use our forms or services for unlawful, misleading, abusive or automated submissions.

Contact preferences

By submitting an enquiry, you ask us to contact you about that enquiry using the details and preferred contact method supplied. This is not consent to unrelated electronic marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Website information

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but website content, indicative prices, package details, finance information and availability may change. Images are illustrative and actual products or finishes may differ.

Finance

Finance is subject to status, eligibility and the terms of the relevant finance provider. 7 Bathrooms Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 993757) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited. Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 539195).

Third-party services

Our website and lead process may use third-party services, including Meta and Zoho CRM. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or for indirect losses arising solely from use of this website. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
